Six lessons learnt. “We can’t promise that we won’t go down again, but we can promise that we won’t make the same mistakes twice. Not only are we stronger technically, we’re a stronger team now because of it.” (Fairly small outfit with fairly small team, hosting on AWS and not yet completely on top of automation.) It’s good to learn from your mistakes, but much more effective if you can also learn from others’ mistakes.
